Reservation Policy

The credit card provided to reserve a room on line through our booking engine or by calling the hotel directly is for guarantee only.

The card will not be charged at this time of booking. It will be changed in the case of a no-show or a late cancellation.

At check in, a physical credit card is required. If you are reserving for a guest and would like to pay for their room, please complete our credit card authorization form and fax or scan it back to us.

This credit card will be authorized upon arrival to the hotel for the full stay and charged at check out. The credit card authorization form can be found on the Cardinal Hotel website.

If the card to be charged will not be present at the time of check in, a completed credit card authorization form must be received by the hotel prior to arrival.

Please note that from August 1st, 2017, The Cardinal Hotel will not accept cash payment . Only credit card payment will be accepted.
